Estate Cleanouts!**
Terms: A representative from Junk rx will make an appointment to come to the estate to take pictures. The client must determine ahead of time what will be included in the clean-out. Once items or whole estate is decided, an agreement will be signed. Once the agreement is signed, any items included cannot be removed from the estate or the contract will be voided. For insurance purposes, no one can be at the estate during the clean out. We cannot remove hazardous waste such as aerosole, antifreeze, asbestos, fetiflizers, motor oil, paint supplises, photo chemicals, poisons, and solvents or any appliance which contains freon*. Hazardous materials such as:televsions, DVD players, VHS players, and cell phones can be removed as a seperate cleanout for a cost. Please ask for prices. Junk Rx cannot legally remove unwanted medications but can refer you to a drop off center in your area

*Freon removal certificate required for any items that contain freon. Junk Rx would be happy to help you obtain a certificate.
